I was sold on this machine because it was supposed to be very quiet… wrong! Right from day 1, I have had to have technicians out. The first was a pump that was noisy - was told it was how it was supposed to sound, but shortly after it stopped so tech had to come out. Fixed under warranty. Called out for similar issues as I believe they hadn’t been fixed but was fobbed off. Worked fine for a few years but the last 2 years I am replacing parts and now the parts I need to replace makes it uneconomical. I believe you would be better spending money elsewhere on a machine that will be covered for at least 5 years and will still be going at 10. Will never buy Electrolux againNot greatThis machine is replacing a 10 year old Siemens. It’s so slow and doesn’t wash as well as the Siemens. It was half the price of the Siemens: I should have spent the extra.Super quietVery happy with my washing machine. Very quiet machine. We have it in an open area and don't notice it! Only downfall is the length of the cycle. Stilll very happy with the purchaseLegendary service

Due to this, I again ordered from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday. It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of the machine. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff employed by Appliances on-line.
