Old fashioned service
I would like to compliment your company once again on its service.I sent
the email below and the next morning one of your gentlemen from Sydney
telephoned to arrange for another dryer to be delivered today and the original
machine to be sent back to the manufacturers as it was possibly faulty. True to form, the driver phoned early this morning and arrived on time
at 10am. As the driver wanted the box to cart the original machine, he quickly
unpacked the dryer and put original one in the box. My husband has had a stroke
and is not able to do these things, so I was extremely grateful that it was done
without being asked. Old fashioned service again. The drivers were very
pleasant young Indian men who were certainly good ambassadors for Appliance on
Line. It makes such a change nowadays to get a job done properly and for
people to turn up within a time frame.Many thanks and I will be

I've never been more impressed
I was skeptical at first to order something expensive online, especially something so large, I was sure there was going to be some a catch to the free delivery and discounted price. But to my surprise iv never been more impressed. Since I have already bragged to my family and friends, im so impressed iv come online just to let you know how happy i am. I avent actually plugged in the freezer yet, but i am so pleased with the service, price, and great customer service offered by your WA delivery person (unfortunaltey didnt grab his name) but i came online just to say thank-you lol. The fact your able to accept an ATM payment from my door, upon delivery is incredible. Delivery person (for WA) - I have nothing but kind words to say about him. He offered to unpack and set-up the freezer for me, was very pleasant, patient and kind, you wouldnt find better service, even within a store. Top it off, upon browsing my local popular/well known electrical store I stumble across the same freezer, sa Steph, Baldivis, WA

Leo's Son, Michael. I only ordered the appliance on behalf of
my Dad but I feel that he is most happy with both the price and
service. The stove was delivered on time and the old one taken
away without any fuss. A rarity in today's competitive market. When the
time comes for renewing my appliances at home, I'll certainly be
