I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free. Dear Sales and Service Team, I have rarely bothered to provide feedback to any online site - but am finally moved to comment based on the excellent service I received from you guys. I originally messed up my purchase (it wasn't available in WA) - you guys called me (on a Sunday!) and found an alternate source and delivered it to me in WA (from Victoria) - ahead of your promised delivery date!!! The lowest price I could find

Just a quick note to say what a wonderful service you have provided. You provided the lowest price I could find for a washing machine that met our needs, and it was delivered the next day, on time, by very pleasant delivery men, install quickly, and working within 15 mins of arrival, and no left over boxes to deal with.
