Just had my new washing machine delivered well within delivery window (about 10 minutes in!), old machine taken away and new one set up by a very pleasant friendly delivery man. We are very impressed with your service

We recently purchased a refrigirator from you. We were very impressed with the friendly and helpfull delivery men, the price of the item on your site was $ 994.00 plus $ 16.00 delivery (from Sydney to Canberra) this included instalation and removel of the old fridge. The same fridge was $1390.00 at ***, but they wanted 50.00 delivery and no removal of the old fridge. We are very impressed with your service and have recommended your site to friends. Many thanks. Fast service, free delivery and excellent price

Fast service, free delivery and excellent price. I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher last Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. This was great because we are outside the Sydney area and delivery was included. The price was lower than the local appliance shops which didn't include delivery. The delivery guys rang early (7:30am) and arrived 10 minutes later. Its a good thing they rang, other wise we would still have been in bed. I was happy to see they didn't drive the truck up the 80m driveway, so no damage there. They wheeled the dishwasher into the kitchen and unpacked it and took the packing away. The paperwork was no problem and the guys were quick friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended. Alan, Thirlmere, NSW
