    Overview

    Crafted from sustainably harvested cedar trees, these planks are the ultimate cooking addition to any grill. Great for cooking fish, the cedar imparts a smoky flavour and will prevent delicate fillets from sticking to the cooking grate. Simply soak the boards for up to half an hour before use and place seafood a top and place inside your BBQ.

    Cedar planks require soaking before use
    To all the previous reviewers, the planks need to be soaked in water for one hour before each use. Otherwise they will just burn like regular timber.

    Great flavour!
    Adds perfect flavour to salmon! I have used frequently to impresses visitors. They are only one use but that is fine as I am not smoking everyday.

    Nice flavour but didn’t last
    Nice flavour but one plank only lasted two 20 minute cooks on my Weber Q. I followed the Weber recipe for planked salmon. Quite expensive for only two uses!
