How can I request a price beat?

Simply note the advertised price and the retailer where you have found it. Then contact our friendly customer service team who will confirm the price match over the phone. We are available 24/7 on the following number : 1300 007 500

We aim to have the lowest possible prices, however if by some chance a competitor has a price better than ours, we will beat it by $1.

What are the product requirements?

- The Samsung product must be currently listed on the Appliances Online website.

- The product must be identical and brand new in the box.

- The product must be in stock or readily available from an authorised national Australian vendor. This means products advertised on auction sites, group buying sites, clearance sites, ebay, daily deals sites are not eligible. Run-out stock, grey imports, or products from wholesale distributors are also not eligible.

What are the price requirements?

- The price must be publicly advertised within the last 14 days. Appliances Online DOES NOT beat price any products displayed on auction websites, group buying sites, clearance sites, ebay, daily deals sites.

- The final price must include all costs, including any shipping charges or additional fees. If the advertised price is for pick-up only, we reserve the right to charge a delivery service fee.

- If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still beat the price, but may not provide the additional services.

- Our Price Beat Guarantee only applies to Samsung products during 5th - 30th September 2022 and does not apply to products from agency brands.
