1. When these terms apply

1.1 These Clearance Stock Terms apply to products listed in the Clearance section of our website or labelled "Clearance" on the product page (Clearance Stock). They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale (Conditions of Sale), which continue to apply. If there is an inconsistency, these terms apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

1.2 Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Buying a product on clearance does not reduce your rights if it is faulty.

2. About Clearance Stock

2.1 Clearance Stock is end of line: the manufacturer has discontinued the model, or we will not restock it, and it is not available on backorder.

2.2 Clearance Stock is brand new and in the manufacturer's original packaging, unless the product page says otherwise.

2.3 Quantities are limited and available only while stock lasts.

3. Replacements

3.1 Because Clearance Stock is not restocked, an identical replacement may not be available. Where you are entitled to a replacement and an identical product is not reasonably available, you may choose a refund instead.

4. Change of mind

4.1 Our standard 30 Day Change of Mind Returns policy applies to Clearance Stock.
