I just wanted to congratulate you on the outstanding service provided by your delivery staff Ciaran and Tomar. Not only did they haul my washing machine swiftly up a very challenging staircase, they showed a high level of skill, lateral thinking and professionalism in fitting the machine, which turned out to require removing a cupboard door and replacing it afterwards. They were swift, careful, clean and tidy and never raised an eyebrow to suggest the extra efforts might have been annoying at one of their first deliveries for the day. Truly outstanding. Can this replace the regular kitchen tap by running regular unfiltered water? Tyler · 2023-02-26
Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, sorry no this is not designed to replace your kitchen tap. The high gooseneck will allow you to place a taller vessel underneath to provide filtered water to both the boiling and chilled compartments, this is not able to be installed without the filters attached, the filter prevents contaminants from entering the internal working of your Hot/Chilled unit.
