Free delivery, installation, old appliance removed
Didn't know where else to submit feedback. But just want to say - WOW! I can't believe my washing machine can break down on a Sunday, one easy phone call on Monday, new machine installed on Tuesday. The delivery guys were excellent. I will be recommending your company to everyone. If everyone knew how competitive your pricing is, plus free delivery, installation, old appliance removed - the big retailers would be out of business! Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
