Great company, got a good discount on my new washer and dryer on top of advertised price, free delivery, installation and they even moved my old washer outside for me. Friendly delivery guys, called with accurate estimate of time of delivery. I still saved about $300 if you add in the delivery cost and extended warranty charges compared to **** ****..the big appliance stores whinge about customers deserting them...there is a damn good reason for it!! Just wanted to advise you on how happy I was to receive my order today which was delivered within 24 hours of placing it ! I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
