Cheapest of all competitors and free delivery
Hi team, I know you probably receive great feedback all the time but I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Appliances Online. My washing machine broke down on Thursday night. After doing a bit of internet research, I found Appliances Online to be cheapest of all competitors and free delivery! Not even 2 hours after my machine breaking, I had ordered my new Samsung machine from you (which works great, by the way) and was thrilled to know it would be delivered on Monday. I can't believe I didn't need to leave my home to buy such a large appliance and that it would be delivered so quickly and for such a competitive price. The delivery boys came in the morning and took my old machine and all the rubbish away. What a wonderful service. We sorely need companies like Appliances Online who have such a great work ethic. I'm was very impressed with the communication and efficiency when I recieved my new washing machine today. Aswell as the price being the cheapest i could find, they took away my old machine with no fuss, installed my new one all done within around 10 mins. The drivers were very polite and friendly. Could not beat the price at any retail store
Amazing!!! I order the fridge on Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said they would deliver. They moved my old fridge to the garage, they took away all the packaging. Unbelievable service and we could not beat the price at any retail store (even with staff discounts)!!! Definately wouldn't hesitate to use appliances online again. Hassle free!! The only problem was the lack of photos etc on the site - we did have to go into some retail stores to have a closer look before we made our decision.
