Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. Two big ticks for the free delivery and removal of the old microwave
I just wanted to thank you for your efficient and friendly service. My microwave was delivered today (a week ahead of schedule) and the delivery chap was able to give me a 2 hour window ... unheard of! As a more "senior" citizen and being a little wary of on-line purchasing, I would thoroughly recommend your company.
