Hi, I just had to let you know how thrilled I am with my new washing machine, I ordered it yesterday at 11.38 and received it at a bit after 9.00am today, I was contacted before to let me know the time of delivery, I had already cleared the area and removed the old washing machine and taken it to the front gate and when the new one arrived it was simple to install and adjust for use. The men who delivered and installed it were very pleasant, polite and careful, I have now completed reading the instruction manual and my first load of washing is going around happily. I would recommend your company to all my friends as this type of service is not generally available via retail stores. The added bonus of not having to pay the $65 delivery fee is also very welcome and the price was very competitive. The time I have saved with travelling to retail outlets on buses and trains (I do not drive) is tiring and stressful and in future I will not even bother my next electrical purchase will def Patricia, Elizabeth South, SA

I recently purchased a washing machine from your company and wish to sincerely compliment you and your whole team on the ease and satisfaction of that process. I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: - * The best price * Many choices of payment * Free Delivery and set up * Took the old machine away * Ordered late afternoon and delivered by 9:20 the next morning I could not have asked for anything more. I appreciate that where I live had something to do with how early I received the machine, but nonetheless the whole experience was a very pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work and great service
I usually don't write reviews but I am so impressed with the service of Appliances Online I had to write and say how impressed I am. Our dryer blew up on Monday night and a friend suggested ordering online from Appliances Online as I already new the model I wanted. Contacted the customer service number at 8.00pm to confirm something before I ordered and they answered the phone, WOW. I ordered Monday night and received a phone call at 6.45am on the Wednesday stating the dryer would be delivered between 7.30 and 8.30. I was sceptical as I have never had any good experiences with delivery drivers. To my surprise the delivery driver turned up at 7.45am. Delivered the new dryer and took the old one away.
