We have just brought a front load washing machine.....Colin was the Sales guy that we spoke to. He was extremely helpful and totally friendly looked after us well and as a result the machine was delivered early and its now in operation. We were advised that the machine was picked up on Thursday and to be delivered on Monday, BUT it arrived Friday lunch time. Thanks to Colin and the FRIENDLY staff at Appliances on line. Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices.
