My new washing machine was delivered today as scheduled. I just want to say I was impressed with your delivery men. I was telephoned prior to 10am and advised of the delivery window. They then arrived during that delivery window, removed my old machine and installed the new one. The laundry is in the upstairs bathroom of my small two storey terrace house and access is up a steep staircase with bend at the bottom. Not easy access, and not helped by such a hot day. You are an asset to your company
I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions.
