    Great bed for spare room
    Have bought a few products with appliance online but have never had to return. I would like to return a product, king bed, it has been partially assembled and knew it was what I wanted as a main bed. Ok quality for a spare room. Wanted to return it but as it has been unboxed they only give a store credit and partial refund. The bed was not used and has been boxed back up in all original packaging. Should have read the return policy just expected a better return policy like IKEA. No information on how to return, have been on chat 4 times and then they say yes to the store credit less the 20% then the chat times time out and I have to start over. All other platforms have easy to navigate return gateways and you don't have to go through chat. You have 7 days to get the process in motion but it is only day two and I still can't get a refund process organised. Wasting my time. Here I go again on chat for another 20 minutes with no resolution. Why don't they have a return order button? Last time I will order from them. All good until you have a return.
