Hello, I ordered a washing machine yesterday afternoon, and received it today at 11am. This is the first time I have purchased through you, and can not recommend you highly enough. I have never received such service from any other company like yours. The gentleman who delivered my goods was much a credit to your company. From start to finish, it was the perfect transaction I didn't think was possible. I lot of companies offer next day service, but don't deliver. Is the separate subwoofer included or I have to purchase it separately.
And also, does the external subwoofer connect wirelessly or via wires?

Thanks for your question. This sound bar does not include the subwoofer out of the box, but one can be added as an optional extra. The subwoofer needs to be connected through a pin cable and is not wireless.
