Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove.
The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem. Hope the stove package is as good as your "package".

Is the separate subwoofer included or I have to purchase it separately.
And also, does the external subwoofer connect wirelessly or via wires?

Hi Atique,
Thanks for your question. This sound bar does not include the subwoofer out of the box, but one can be added as an optional extra. The subwoofer needs to be connected through a pin cable and is not wireless.
