Dear AO, I recently had trouble with a fridge I purchased with you about 2 yrs back. I called up your helpline, which promptly connected me to LG helpline, which in turn promptly arranged a home-based inspection thru a Melbourne based business (WAM electricals), who satisfactorily rectified the problem within reasonable time-frame. I appreciate the quick and courteous response , BIG THANX. Also, I wasn't billed as the fridge was still under warranty. GR8 WORK :) Amit,

I think Appliances Online are a wonderful organization. How convenient not to have to walk through a dozen shopfronts to get the service and deal I want! They were the best on price (I've bought a disposal unit and a microwave from them on 2 seperate occassions) and thoroughly professional no matter who you speak with when you call them. Delivery happened exactly as promised - no surprises. I would look for ways to ensure my next household purchase is made through them. I'm a fan for life now, they deserve many accolades! Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
