Delivery is usually next day but due to the Christmas rush I was prepared to wait the couple of extra days you said it would take. I was at the movies, deliverers called my husband and they appeared within the hour of the following day. This company gets better with age.. Can't wait to buy something else...This company gets better with age I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to! I can totally recommend Appliances Online and have been telling all my friends to consider using them.Very impressed with the professional & prompt service Delivery, services & returns
