I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions. Great price and courteous service
I recently purchased a Fisher Paykel clothes dryer from your company. I am still astounded at the high quality of service from all your staff. From Campell, who gave me a great price and courteous service, the emails from dispatch and to keep me up to date on my products and the customer service reps who were really great in tracking down what was causing the delay with my delivery. Which I must mention was a 3rd party company who could stand to take a few lessons from AO team! Amazing site and an amazing company with fabulous employees. Hi, I would just like to compliment Appliances Online and the two delivery guys that delivered my fridge (one was named Ali). I was very impressed with the availability, ability to deliver in the timeframe I wanted, pricing and service. In contrast, some local retailers were charging twice - yes, twice - the price, all had no stock and offered a 2-3 week lead time.
