Delivery guys live up to their promise
I purchased a Washing Machine from Appliances Online on Wednesday and selected next day for delivery. I called to check on the Thursday what time delivery would be and was told between midday and 2 pm but I would be called before delivery. I was called about 11.45am and told they should be at my house between 13.30 and 14.00. Not only did the delivery guys live up to their promise but they were pleasant, intelligent and installed my machine efficiently, plus took the oldone away. To the Appliances Online Team Thanks for a happy shopping experience. We ordered a Microwave Oven from another supplier in Melbourne three weeks ago. After numerous phone calls we were finally advised that delivery would not be for another three weeks. We cancelled the deal. Yesterday we found Appliances Online on the internet and ordered the appliance for the same price. It was delivered today as promised.
