Could not beat the price at any retail store
Amazing!!! I order the fridge on Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said they would deliver. They moved my old fridge to the garage, they took away all the packaging. Unbelievable service and we could not beat the price at any retail store (even with staff discounts)!!! Definately wouldn't hesitate to use appliances online again. Hassle free!! The only problem was the lack of photos etc on the site - we did have to go into some retail stores to have a closer look before we made our decision. Good value and excellent service
Good value and excellent service. Will definately use the company again when I require electrical equipment. It makes such a pleasant change for a company to contact you when they say they will and to arrive within the allocated time slot. I appreciate the efficiency that allowed me to make the most of the day without hanging around at home for hours waiting. The removal of old appliances free of charge is also an excellent option. I think Appliances Online is fabulous. My washing machine collapsed on a Monday morning, half way through a ton of washing. I went straight to appliancesonline.com.au, was happy with the price and the way the site handled the transaction. I received a phone call about delivery as promised. On Tuesday morning at the agreed time, two very nice men appeared, took the old machine, installed the new one and I was happily washing less than 24 hours after the old one stopped working.
