The process took me 10 minutes at my computer
It's the first time I have used Appliances Online and I was very impressed at how quick and easy it was to find exactly the product I wanted, to pay for it and to organise delivery for exactly the day that suited me the most. That process took me 10 minutes at my computer and not a couple of hours tracking down the appliance by driving to my nearest appliance store, parking, queuing up to get help from a sales assistant and then queuing again to pay for it. The delivery people were clean and totally professional in their work. They rang prior to arrival and arrived at the agreed time.
