I would like to pass on my appreciation for the great service I had from Appliances Online during my recent purchase. We found your site from a link in www.doorone.com.au while deciding which dryer to buy. We ordered the dryer on the Sunday and nominated Monday as the delivery day, with Tuesday as the alternative. We didn't really expect delivery on Monday, but received a very apologetic phone call to say it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Prices were the cheapest that I could find
Appliances Online were probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The prices were the cheapest that I could find which is the reason I went with their products. However, the contact made on the day of delivery and the impeccable service of the installation of my appliances were most impressive. Have referred to my friend and she had exactly the same experience. Appliances Online have restored my faith in the retail business and encouraged me to buy on line more often. A special mention must go to a gentleman by the name of LUKE who on several ocassions was the unlucky guy that took our phone call and guided us every inch of the way with measurements regarding our cook top and wall oven.
