Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! Thank you so much for your quick reply and doing this, I arranged for a new washing machine for myself and it was delivered installed and the old one taken away. It is done with the minimum of fuss and in 3 days. I passed this onto one of my landlords and he has used you for the two ovens and the dishwasher.
