Proficient and efficient
I had a new fridge delivered by your company on Monday 31/10. The two young men Warren and Glen were both proficient and efficient in the way they went about their work. These are difficult delivery addresses around here and it was a pleasure to see how Warren sized up the situation and then calmly guided Glen in the best way to put the fridge into place. My experience with Appliances Online has been the best, from the beginning when I placed my order by phone where I was treated efficiently and professionally, nothing was any trouble. My landlord let the delivery men in and he advised that these guys were fast, efficient, friendly and nothing was any trouble to them, they delivered my washing machine, set it up and took away the old one with no hassles, I came home that night and there was my lovely new machine waiting to be used. Our experienced was further enhanced by using your online chat facility which helped to resolve a couple of minor issues regarding our choice and we were given an additional discount for purchasing two items. Finally your delivery service by Allied Express is amazing. We placed our order on 02/11 and for a fee only marginally higher than the cost of 15 km delivery from our local town we received our goods on the Atherton Tablelands on Tuesday 08/11.
