I have bought many things from the Internet BUT I must say that in spite of ordering on a day when the computers were playing up I have nothing but praise for all the people I have had contact with. In every case when I was told I would get a call to tell me what was going on I got one! this is not as common as we would hope! everyone was friendly and polite, again not as common as we would hope. The guy who delivered the item was very good and like everyone else friendly and polite. You have a great team working for you, keep it up and pass this on to all of them please.

Emails were responded to quickly
Would like to say how happy I am with recent purchase of a freezer. Emails were responded to quickly and when item delivered was impressed with polite and efficient gentlemen who also removed old freezer without fuss Thankyou all and will deal with again and recommend you to others. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys,
Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me.
The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic.
