I recently purchased a Fisher Paykel clothes dryer from your company. I am still astounded at the high quality of service from all your staff. From Campell, who gave me a great price and courteous service, the emails from dispatch and to keep me up to date on my products and the customer service reps who were really great in tracking down what was causing the delay with my delivery. Which I must mention was a 3rd party company who could stand to take a few lessons from AO team! Amazing site and an amazing company with fabulous employees. Just wanted to say a quick thank you for your outstanding service. I purchased a clothes dryer from your website yesterday afternoon, used the online customer service window to ask a few questions that were answered immediately. The lovely sales woman then personally called me, made the transaction very quick and smooth then assured me that my dryer would be delivered next day. Not to mention they price of the dryer could not be matched anywhere else, especially with free delivery. Delivery guys were extremely polite, rang twice to confirm when theyd be here, took my old dyer away and set up new one.
