This is amazing. I stumbled into this site when looking for a washing machine repair man and boy I'm glad I did!! The mid year sales were begining to kick in yet Appliances Onlines advertised price was still at least $100 cheaper and in one instance $150 cheaper! and the retail stores weren't offering an additional 3 years warrently and delivery for free!!!! NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone I dealt with when buying a fridge. Your service was wonderful, your staff always friendly, polite & a pleasure to deal with. The fridge was a surprise birthday present for my daughter & she was so surprised she tried arguing with the courier that it wasn't for her! Dont need to say how excited she was.
