Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . Georgia made me feel like someone cared about what was happening...that is a rare thing to experience these daRare thing to experience these days I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic product and service I received from your team. The two delivery men were a joy to work with. They phoned at 7.45am to let me know they would be there between 8am and 10am. They arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with delivery people in the past who you just want to leave your place! But these guys were really helpful and made the whole thing easy and breezy.
