Fantastic customer service I received
I just wanted to leave a comment as to the fantastic customer service i received from one of your employees - Andrew paskalis. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time. Absolutely fantastic service
I have received absolutely fantastic service from Appliances Online. The fridge that I purchased was faulty, and Carla Horvath went above and beyond to help me out. She was friendly and professional and understanding of my situation. She organised for it to be replaced, for free, very quickly, and at a convenient time.
