I think Appliances Online are a wonderful organization. How convenient not to have to walk through a dozen shopfronts to get the service and deal I want! They were the best on price (I've bought a disposal unit and a microwave from them on 2 seperate occassions) and thoroughly professional no matter who you speak with when you call them. Delivery happened exactly as promised - no surprises. I would look for ways to ensure my next household purchase is made through them. I'm a fan for life now, they deserve many accolades! It is so refreshing to deal with a company who has it all together - these days there is such mediocrity out there in retail-land, I've experienced it so often. Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for.
