Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time. Delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked
I've never bought applicances online before, and was a bit apprehensive, particularly as I wanted it delivered to a different address. I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner to be delivered to my sister. She lives in a rural area near Echuca. The transaction went through smoothly, and you delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked for. My sister has been very unwell, and unable to use her normal vacuum cleaner.
