I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both *** and *** **** **** told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? If I had of known of your wonderful service, I would have replaced my very old fridge years ago. My new Westinghouse fridge missed the delivery request date due to an administrative glitch. I called the support centre and Ben (at the support centre) was very helpful. My fridge was delivered the next day within the time frame advised the night before. The new fridge was installed, packaging and old fridge removed. Great stuff ..
