Great Kettle
Bought this kettle after trying a few other expensive ones and quite simply it is great.. Large opening making filling quick, boils quick and isn't as noisy as past kettles. And Appliances Online same great service and price as always.

A great kettle
Had our kettle for a few weeks now and are happy with it. It looks great, boils much faster than our old one and holds a good amount of water. The minimum amount of water needed to boil is 0.5ml, which isn’t too much. It’s a little noisy when boiling, but doesn’t last long..and you have to pay a lot more if you want a quiet boil for a kettle. The kids love the blue light when the boil lever is pushed down.

i bought this a month ago and i must say i am impressed with it so far. it heats up fast with minimal steam or external heat. its easy to use and simple and sleek.

Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
