    Product is noisey, very noisey , doesn't extract steam and lighting is very poorly designed.

    I studied ventilation theory. If it pulls lots of air and sucks efficiently, then it will be noisy. I would be worried if it was quiet - that would mean it was inefficient at removing stuff coming up from the stove.
