The lighting has gone in my rangehood. Light Globes have been replaced however it still does not work, the electrician said it would be cheaper to buy a new rangehood than have it fixed. Disappointing that the electrics are so hard to access it must be thrown away.

I bought this to match my other Westinghouse appliances, I am so impressed with it. The dual lights are a vast improvement on my last range hood. The variable speed fan is terrific and its easy to wipe over. I love it!!!!

We inherited a Westinghouse oven and gas cooktop with a fixed rangehood when we bought our house. The appliance was only a few months old. We have been using it for about 8 months now and no matter how often I clean the filters the rangehood has a horrible old oil type smell which permeates the whole kitchen. I think it comes from the extractor fans which have grease lodged inside,see photo. And it is not helpful to just wipe them with a warm soapy cloth as the instructions inside the rangehood suggest. The fan cover it seem should be removed and washed. How do I get rid of that foul cooking smell?
