    Oven racks don’t attach to runners properly
    The oven racks don’t attach to the runners on one or sometimes both sides of the rack. The rack detaches from the runners when pulling out the rack (which is specifically what this product is designed for) which might be quite dangerous when you’re pulling out something heavy.

    Westinghouse ACC190 Oven Runners Kit with Shelves
    I bought these runners about a month ago. The runners work great on the oven trays but are useless with the oven racks. The rack comes off the runner on one side when it is pulled out as it is a very loose fit. Very dangerous if oven is hot!. as a consequence, i have not installed the oven rack type shelf into this runner. Also there were no installation instructions with the runners. i would not recommend this product.
