    Hi Lynn, Thank you for this product question. sounds like you have an older style Robinhood or a similar type that had used the rectangular outlet. These have changed over time and now use a round 150mm outlet. Your installer may be able to purchase a rectangular to round adaptor from such companies as Deflecto, Airvent Australia, EcoDuct or FastFlex. Your in installer will need to check and measure the rectangular outlet to see if there is an adaptor to suit. I hope this information will assist you when shopping with us at Appliances Online.     Hello To operate the fan and light via the Slider fascia panel, simply slide the fascia panel forward. There are 3 positions: - First position: low fan speed - Second position: medium fan speed - Fully slide forward: high-speed fan To turn it off, simply slide the fascia panel back towards the rangehood body.
