Brought this chest freezer, a few mths back, and the seal is dodgy. Not sealing the freezer, letting cold air out, Hadn't really noticed until a built up of ice.. and food getting freezer burn. NOW up to 6 weeks to get a brand new freezer fixed..

Fantastic communication from start to delivery , the only problem i had was their was only 1 basket in the freezer not 3 i have ordered the same before and recived 3 baskets with the freezer.
