Thanks very much Appliancesonline! What great service and friendly delivery folk. My new Westinghouse fridge missed the delivery request date due to an administrative glitch. I called the support centre and Ben (at the support centre) was very helpful. My fridge was delivered the next day within the time frame advised the night before. Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing.
