Will use Appliances Online again
Hi, Thank you for the prompt delivery of my NEC Bar Fridge, I am very happy with my purchase and will use Appliances Online again in the future, cheers. Bruce,
We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt. We were impressed and have already recommend Appliances on Line to friends in our caravan club. Darryl, Ferny Grove, QLD
The experience was flawless
I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person. Ill be coming back and look forward to my next purchase with online appliances.com.au - BIG THANK YOU (and you should be training others how to do it so good! especially the yanks!!
