    Poor design and unsafe in use.
    When this folding cart is set up, the BBQ is not properly secured to the frame. If the cart is lifted or moved while folded down, the BBQ can shift on the trolley, especially when the cast-iron grill plates are left inside the unit. This makes the cart feel unstable and unsafe to move, which defeats the purpose of having a trolley in the first place. There is no obvious locking mechanism, and nothing clearly indicates that the BBQ Grill Plates must be removed before moving. For a premium product, this is a disappointing design and creates a real risk of the BBQ tipping or being dropped. Would not recommend.

    Don’t Carry the Weber on the Cart
    Just bought a baby q and stand. Put it all together in the garage dropped the stand to wheel it into the garden. The lid flew open Weber fell off the cart and scratched the lid of my brand new bbq. This is seriously bad design flaw. If the cart can’t properly carry the bbq don’t infer in the design that it can. It cannot. I’ve had a baby q for years and decided to upgrade. Previous design doesn’t have this issue at all. This product is much lower quality than previous. Not sure what they are thinking. Also suggest to not bother installing the gas holder thing as this prevents the stand folding flat for travel. Otherwise the bbq sits nicely on the stand and cooks great food and looks good.

    Portable Cart
    Have had a baby bbq for a couple of years now wife bought it. Excellent bbq. OMG the portable cart! Easy to fold so I presume portable cart means easy transport the cart! To move the bbq even the smallest of distances especially if there is a few small obstacles here is the best way to do it. Disconnect the regulator from the bottle, unstrap and remove the bottle carry the bottle to the new site, go back remove bbq from cart carry it to new site then go back to get the cart, now you can set it up again and hope the wind doesn’t change again. I won’t repeat the rest of the peoples others have reported re bbq falling of etc but have experience all that. Weber you have done such a good job with the bbq but let yourself down with the cart.
