The price was much better than any that the big electrical goods places were offering, as well as cheaper delivery costs. My goods were delivered today. The driver called an hour before he got here, as requested. He then installed all three appliances and removed all of the packaging from these. He went about his job happily (unlike other delivery guys we have had in the past) and got the work done in such a short time. I am not sure of his name but would like my thanks to be be passed on to him. I will definitely use Appliances Online again, as well as recommending them to friends and family!I will definitely use Appliances Online again I would like to highly commend Campbell of your Sydney store. In all my dealings with many copies over the years, especially through online interactions, I have never come across someone with such skill, grace, thoughtfulness and kindness. I had ordered a freezer to be delivered in Melbourne a while ago. I needed it quite soon after I had ordered it and in following this up with Appliances Online, I initially struggled to get the basic information I needed in terms of time of delivery. Eventually I had the good fortune to come across Campbell. Right from the start, Campbell was courteous, helpful and entirely professional. He completely understood my needs as a customer and ensured that I be kept abreast of the situation to the best of his ability. In the end (although I did not communicate this to him directly), when I think he knew it was clear that my frustration was growing and I was considering cancelling the order and taking my business elsewhere, Campbell intuitively sensed that I really needed this item quite quickly and organised for the item to be transferred from Sydney to Melbourne because he was finding it hard to get even basic information about an estimated time of delivery from the supplier. Having been the Managing Director myself of a very successful business for many years, I understand the costs and pressures of business, and very much appreciated the time and efforts Campbell took to ensure I had what I needed as soon as possible. Campbell’s initiative, ‘reading between the lines’ of my need as a customer and extending beyond the norm in order to do the right thing by a customer of Appliances Online, has single-handedly won my lifelong patronage to Appliances Online. If I ever require any further such items, I never shop around or compare prices. I will be ringing Appliances Online and requesting to speak to Campbell directly.
