Cheaper, free delivery and installation
Thank you Thank you. I was sceptial at first. I had done my research on the front loader I wanted. Checked out all the prices etc. You are cheaper, free delivery and installation if required. Absolutely fabulous
Absolutely fabulous. I have been telling anyone who is prepared to listen to how my oven broke down and I had bought on line and had it installed just 2 days later. The delivery guys were great, they were there when they said they would be and had it completed in record time. They checked it was working and took away all of the rubbish including the old oven. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely go through Appliances on line if any of my other appliances fail. Thankyou Hazel, Balmain, NSW
A brilliant customer experience
I wanted to write and provide some feedback in regards to the service I received from Appliances online - and in particular 2 specific individuals.Over the heatwave of last week I was in a hurry to obtain an air-conditioning unit for my apartment. AS a previous customer who has had very good experiences in the past I decided to phone appliances online for this. I spoke to Andrew Paskalis who went out of his way to procure me an air conditioning unit immediately and also provide me with the ‘best deal’. Unfortunately as the order was about to be placed the supplier ran out, meaning I was not able to get the unit until 5 days later. Andrew was extremely apologetic about this and offered to quote me on the model instead so that I was able to purchase in store. However within one day, he had managed to contact the supplier and track me down a unit, and organise for it to be delivered. Anne, Elizabeth Bay, NSW
