I have both the large version and the small version and have used them for 8 years. Absolutely love them and picking one up for my son. I use them exclusively for grilling fish . Use some spray oil and you really shouldn’t have any problems with sticking once seasoned. The small holds about 1.5 pounds of fish. The large closer to 2.5 to 3 pounds. I have tried using these for vegetables but can say it’s not the right tool mainly due to mesh not being fine enough. Recommend buying a pair of welding gloves to handle.

You can pass on this item. Instead, buy a grilling basket or grilling pan. With a grilling basket, you can easily grill vegetables and with a grilling pan you'll find grilling fish is a breeze (a fish spatula helps too).
