I have never been so disappointed in a cookbook in my life. With 2 recipes on how to grill and or roast vegetables and an amazing grilled cinnamon doughnut recipe that is legitimately 4-6 cinnamon doughnuts cut in half and add maple syrup and ice cream. I honestly found myself thinking was this some satire. It has to be right? No one would actually be happy with this book. My absolute favourite was the Christmas turkey roll that read you’ll need an oven-ready roll of turkey breast, oil and seasoning. That’s it. The method doesn’t even contain the internal cooking temp needed to cook turkey!! I love Weber it’s an amazing brand but you REALLY dropped the ball on this one.

I have used many of the recipes shown in the book, they were certainly delicious, good illustrations and instructions to follow linked to the components of the Weber. Many enjoyable meals.
