Showed up with dents, dirty and out of the pack. I'm the type to clean new things before I use them but to need to due to filthy thumbprints all over them is a bit of a letdown. Also cannot believe it was dented. The rim was pushed in at a few places. After AO asked for photos then just stopped responding I figured I'd been put into the "shut up" pile and tried to bend the thing back myself and couldn't so I"m not sure how it got dented in the first place but I"m guessing dropping a fridge on it would do. I've used it a few times with baking paper on and when you run a paper towel across the surface, it comes up grey. Could not find any info on what it's made of - but whatever it is, it will go into your food. Hooray! Mystery metals Every time I try to use this I'm reminded of what I can expect from AO
