I received my order of a new washing machine today. I found appliances online through a google search when our old washing machine blew up. Id never heard of your business before. I have been absolutely blown away by your service, competitive prices, delivery and installation included, the real seller for me was the no fuss free removal of my old machine. Next day delivery meant that we werent left without a machine for too long. Communication and professnalism of the drivers was outstanding. On time, super speedy install and removal was fantastic. I just didnt know affordable old fashioned service like this existed, I will definitely be using you again and have already recommended you to all of my friends and family. Impressed with the customer service
We had our Bosch washing machine delivered this morning, after ordering it online lunchtime yesterday. I wanted to let you know that I am impressed with the customer service shown - both with prompt emailing, speed of delivery, and especially the delivery itself. It was fantastic that the delivery men (PJ and David) rang me this morning to let me know the time window, and again 15 minutes before they were due to arrive.
