Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! Very impressed with your service that was recommended by a friend who has purchased quite a bit from your company. The delivery time was called to me at 815am and just as they said, they came at 130pm (window was between 12noon and 2pm). Best price, fast and fantastic service
We bought a Westinghouse side-by-side on Wednesday and had it delivered and installed by 10:30am Thursday. The telephone support when I rang about a problem was superb and fast. And the delivery guys were FANTASTIC. The delivery guys wrestled the huge old fridge down the stairs, took the doors of the new fridge to squeeze it into the room it was going into, put it all back together and took all the packing with them- 30m for start to finish.
